This place was such a great surprise. We were seated in a spot comfortable for my mom who didn't want her walker to be in the way. Our server came and explained the lunch menu, we discussed allergies (gluten, cream, hazelnuts) and then were instructed to go up to the counter and place our order when ready. (For dinner, it's all managed by the server.) The food and drink selection was varied, so everyone found something they wanted. The food was delivered to our table in a reasonable time. THE FOOD: The polenta fries were crispy on the outside yet soft inside. The tuna crudo, BLT and soup of the day (cream of heaven - or so it should have been named) were all above expectations and clearly made with care and love. Thank you to the chef and staff for providing such a welcoming and delicious place.

We’ve been here a couple times. We’ve always enjoyed the food. We had the mussels. Halloumi skewers, roasted brussel sprouts. Brie and bacon jam grilled cheese. And bork buns. Great mix of tapas style and meals. The wine shop on site is a great bonus too!

Excellent food! The place was cozy and our service was great. Definitely would make the drive from Ottawa to go back. We had the cheese boar, oysters and the fun guy pinsa. Everything was SO YUMMY! I had the blueberry fizz cocktail which was good too.

We such a wonderful lunch here. Make sure you try their polenta fries - they are amazing. The service was very friendly. There were three of us and we all tried something different - all of the food was excellent. Highly recommended.
