Avoid this place—go somewhere reputable like Endos. I spent $6,000 on my wife's engagement ring and wedding band here. At the time, the staff were friendly and attentive - unsurprisingly, since they were taking our money. But when we returned to have the rings resized, the experience was has flipped 180. We dropped them off on September 2nd. One ring needed evaluation to see if resizing was even possible. We were told they'd call us with a quote. It's now October 3rd, and after a full month of chasing them, we still have no update. Every call ends with the same dismissive line: "We'll call you when we know." The excuses have been endless and contradictory: - First, "We don’t know." - Then, "It needs manager approval." (after 3 weeks of sitting untouched) - Now, "We’re waiting for a bench to open up." The staff have been cold, unhelpful, and borderline rude. Only the manager showed some professionalism—but she also dropped the ball. We've given them enough time, money, and patience, and we are just done at this point. Do yourself a favor and take your business elsewhere.

My husband thoughtfully bought me a lovely necklace with a pearl for our anniversary. I wore it a handful of times and then the chain broke. We returned it for repair. As I was placing it around my neck, the first time, after the repair, the chain broke again. This time around the customer service was terrible. We were hoping to exchange the chain and pay any difference in cost but the customer service associate was not listening, and it is being sent back for repair. Again. Then they will supposedly assess what we can do. This is the second time a chain has purchased from Michael Hill within our family has broken. We will never shop here again and will advise everyone we know to purchase their jewlery elsewhere.

I got my engagement and wedding band from this location. Most of the time we are able to get it cleaned and looked at no problems :) We have always worked with Beccie and she has been wonderful, we will always go here first because of her.

The customer service is just amazing. The two ladies were so sweet and welcoming. The store has good collections and the price is affordable as well.
