I took my CPR and First Aid certification course here and had a great experience. The instructor was clear, patient, and very hands-on, making sure everyone understood each step before moving on. The in-person portion was well organized and gave me confidence that I could actually use these skills in a real situation. I’d definitely recommend this training center to anyone who needs certification or just wants to be prepared to help others safely and correctly.

CPR/First-Aid/AED Training Certification: Penny was my instructor and she was very knowledgeable and well spoken. I recommend taking her class. Followed CDC american red cross guidelines. Equipment and environment was sufficient to learn with. Hands on course with great life-like scenarios to really help learn the material. I definitely feel confident to step up and save a life if necessary.

I enjoyed my Adult and Pediatric First Aid/CPR/AED training with Pennie Ohia and her grandson. He was in training and did very well. I definitely felt safe, the training room and equipment was clean. The training was hands on and straight to the point. I liked that they gave us a break and also allowed us to ask or answer questions that were needed, after viwing videos. I feel very confident in the skills that was refreshed in this training. I definitely reccomend Pennie and will be using her again in future!
