Well I never used them because the phone number listed right here ^ doesn't work - something about not being set up for calls - I can`t contact them to ask some basic questions. Giving them the benefit of the doubt.

I live on the west coast and needed to schedule a cab to take my senior mother safely to Detroit airport in the early morning hours. I needed to count on someone to be there on time, make my mother comfortable, and drop her off at the airport. I found it surprisingly hard to find a cab that I could trust. When many won’t take reservations, then I can’t sleep until I know my mother got into a cab at 2am my time. Green Cab has a new owner, who wants to do a great job. And Green Cab did a great job. Thank you for taking care of my mother. I will use you again soon.

I'm not entirely sure this business still exists. I scheduled a ride to the airport a couple of weeks ago. About a day later, I started contacting the company (at the 877 number) to request a change in pick-up time. The answering machine message is generic and does not identify the company. I left a message there, then again later in the week requesting a callback. Since then, I have tried emailing the company (I received an error stating that the message "could not be delivered to one or more of its recipients," suggesting that the email is now defunct. I also looked up "MI Green Cars LLC" (the corporation listed at the bottom of their webpage) and could not find a business listing on Michigan's LARA business database. I have also tried the local Southfield number several times and it just appears to go to the same answering machine as the 877 number. I have already found a ride elsewhere and have stated my intentions to cancel. I will not be held responsible if Green Cars does end up sending someone to my house at the scheduled time. Has anyone else had similar issues with this company lately? Let me know below if you have.

Only doing a review after I tried calling to report a driver that almost hit me and the company, after more than 10 minutes on hold, never answered the phone. Cab #343 drove on the shoulder of I-75, attempted to cut me off & when he couldn’t became irate and when finally able to get into another lane rode next to me just to cuss me out. Very dangerous driving and unprofessional to say the least!
