Deana and Stephen are INCREDIBLE. I have been a customer for many many years now. When I started my insurance with MIAFSOB I loathed my payments for insurance. I didn’t trust that my coverage protected me in the ways that mattered, and at an ungodly rate. However over my many years with MIAFSOB they have turned my least favorite bill into one I don’t mind (I mean who LOVES bills 🤪) I feel confident that my policy is written in a way that covers and protects me, and they always work hard to find the best rates possible for me. When things go wrong they have your back. To no fault of mine or MIAFSOB there was a hiccup with an insurance provider during a renewal switch. MIAFSOB did not hesitate to call me and reassure me that they will handle it on my behalf, and went to bat for me and truly did handle it. ❤️ Most recently they helped with a quick policy change during a new car purchase and they worked as quickly as I could provide them the details for my new vehicle. They even went above and beyond to provide my new proof of insurance directly to the dealership on my behalf. The concept of insurance may suck, but being without insurance sucks more. I cannot help but rave about how amazing this team is, and that they are ALWAYS there for me if I have any questions or want to make any changes. Give them a call. Trust me, you won’t regret it. I’ve worked with Mel at MIAFS for over 2 years, and he’s by far the best insurance agent I’ve ever had.
