I have been a patient of Dr. Jake Blackmer since November '24. I cannot begin to tell you how much improvement I have made. Jake is a great listener and helps you get back to activities you enjoy. He has a good patient portal where he sends you videos of your exercises which I found to be very helpful as well as your upcoming appointments. I was walking with a brace on my knee after having had a knee replacement prior to seeing Jake for the first time. I am now able to bike, swim and hike without any pain. I have found dry needling and cupping to be very helpful methods of treatments. Dr. Jake is the best PT I have been to and I recommend you give him a try!

I’ve seen Dr. Jake a couple times to work on my shoulder. In two sessions we did some consulting, stretching and reviewed exercises for me to do on my own. A couple weeks after that and I was pain free again with good mobility.
