Michigan Rose construction has an interesting business model. They have a group of subcontractors who are true craftsman. They match the job request with the appropriate craftsman and he basically runs and does the job. In our case, when we started, we had a cement stoop in this 1939 house that was covered up by a rotting deck. I asked them for a paver porch with a roof and worked with Cory and Marshal to design a great porch. Along the way we found many problems that needed corrected. This did prolong the timing of completion a bit. At no time did they cut corners, Marshal made sure to do what was needed. The finished product is truly a work of art and something special. The photos are the before and the finished product. I highly recommend this group.

Excellent Experience with Sean and crew. Started with a proposal for a concrete driveway. Price was reasonable and competitive . Sean was a pleasure to work with. He was honest , flexible and very professional. Miguel and Roys were awesome, hard working and very knowledgeable individuals. The final product was great. I will definitely hire them again for any future projects.

We hired Michigan Rose Construction to finish our basement. We worked with Sean, Cory, and Paul to design a space to our liking, taking our basement from brick and concrete to a fully finished space. They delivered a product that was exactly as we had imagined, complete with custom shelving and a beautiful French door at the entrance. Paul did most of the carpentry by himself and his craftsmanship is very impressive! We’ll definitely be giving Michigan Rose Construction a call when we need another big home improvement job done!
