So disappointing. Workers should respect people of all religions. Islamophobia reflects ignorance. If someone treats you with respect, why should they be met with hostility? Repeatedly asking a client to remove her scarf, when all she wanted was help checking defective AirPods, is unacceptable. I truly hope you educate yourselves and learn the basics of human decency.

Nightmarish experience with these folks, they charged me 400$ for a broken screen and couldn't fix the phone because they said they found 'microscopic water droplets', even though the phone was never submerged or near water, and should be waterproof anyway. Now I'm out 400$ and still have a broken phone. Should have sent it to Apple directly, avoid this business if you can.

Official apple reseller. I spent a whole day on the phone with apple doing tests and running diagnostics to finally learn that my iPhone was defective. Apple was great and offered me a new phone for free. They booked an appointment for me and included all the discussion and information regarding my case. When I got there, I was told that all these steps taken with apple were essentially useless and that they needed to run a diagnostic themselves, which could take a few days, to determine wether or not I could get a new phone from apple. They wanted to charge me for a replacement, charge me for the diagnostic, charge me for everything basically. Apple told me and told them that I could get a free replacement and included all the necessary information. Microtech still wouldnt budge and did not care at all that the phone came from apple and would cost them nothing, they still wouldn't replace mine. Completely useless and extremely rigid with procedures with no care to help the client even with the green light from apple, for an apple product.
