Microtel Inn & Suites by Wyndham Kirkland Lake

While the Prospectors Inn may not be ran like any other hotel, they do not staff it 24/7, it is a really clean, quiet place to stay. There is a staff member a phone call away in case of any issues, which I had none of. The room was actually a suite. Full size stove and fridge, a living room area, a small table to eat at, 2 bedrooms and of course the bathroom. All were very clean and working great. The bed was quite comfortable. If I had to really nit pick, I would have liked an extra pillow, but I prefer to sleep with 3, not 2 so that's more of a me thing. I paid under $100 for the room for the night and would highly recommend this Inn to anyone.

The unit was very quiet and very clean. I would suggest leaving hand towels for guests to use with the washcloths and regular towels. In the kitchen, if you could add a strainer for pasta, that would be great. It was very nice to have two bedrooms available, and the furniture was great. There's not a lot of natural light in the unit, but we managed by leaving the bedroom door open and opening the curtains. Thank you for providing the fans to keep the unit cool enough for us. It met our needs for a comfortable two nights stay. The manager was very helpful and kind. Thank you very much.

The rooms are very spacious and clean. Complete kitchen which is great,we had a family meal. The staff are very honest. I left jewelry in our 1st room and they returned it to me in our 2nd room. I really appreciated that the most!!! Great friendly staff
