I suddenly lost power to a big chunk of my home yesterday and was beyond stressed. Within less than an hour Gene and his apprentice Nate arrived and found that it was not an issue on MTE’s end but felt that it was likely a bad breaker. Gene literally broke it down and walked me through the actual electrical aspect of how/why he felt confident it was the breaker; he even helped me to understand what I needed to know when hiring an electrician. Truly above and beyond!
They sneak into my property, mutilated a nice tree and disappeared. Now the tree is dying and MTE blatantly reject their responsibility. Update: MTE sent a rep and he agreed to replace the tree. Good customer service.
