When a bolt from the opening device came loose and fell off I alerted them and they were out the next day. Replaced and secured everything. Received text to remind me, including how much of the garage needed to be cleaned out. Back office called the day before. Two-man crew, especially Caleb was very communicative about the installation and clearly had communicated with the sales person about my peculiarities. All installed in one day. I was most impressed that sales, back-office, and installation team had all communicated about my peculiarities! Installation team was wonderful!!! Clean, precise, communicative. All great!!
