Been with the doctors for around 2 and half years now (through the pandemic). Pretty much always been able to get through to someone at the contact centre, who have always been helpful. They generally are able to find some solution whether it's telephone, face to face or emails, without much delay at all. My daughter was born during the pandemic and she has always had good, prompt care too. They are not perfect, but from my experience with many other GPS (due to me moving around a lot) - they have given the best service. All are very pleasant to speak too as well.

Been coming to this surgery for 5 years and always have the same issues with the same receptionist she is always so rude and abrupt on the phone. If she explained things to me on the phone professionally rather than always being ready for an argument so confrontational when I asked another receptionist for her name she came out to confront me Infront of my baby so unprofessional and rude! Her name is Deborah and she is making the surgery look worse than it is with her attitude towards patients!

So glad I’m with this practise, always got time for you, able to see someone face to face even when I’m happy for a telephone appointment. Appointments they give are reasonable time frame. Outstanding service.

I was referred to this surgery by my doctors for a cyst removal from the head. The doctor here is an extremely pleasant person who puts you at ease and answers any question you throw his way. I suffered minimal discomfort thanks to his professionalism. The nurse was very pleasant too indeed :). Thank you for a positive experience.
