Richardson's built our home in Townsend in 2019 and the experience was fantastic. We had the need for additional external storage and the only company we talked to was Richardson’s. Kerry did an awesome job coordinating the project having the work completed in just a few weeks. He checked in regularly and always insured that the workers left the site organized and clean. In summary no matter how large or small your project is Richardson’s is the one you should have doing the job.

Our PM Kerry was always reachable. RC did the roof 1st, then a complete remodel of the cabin...inside and out. It turned out better than we expected. I strongly recommend RC and wouldn't hesitate to use them on any future projects.

To make a long story short. We had a fireplace update done by Archie's Fireplace & Stone, Knoxville. It was an absolute disaster, to include an improper install and damage to my home. See a detailed review on their website. Richardson Construction to the rescue. When we first noticed the damage to the home, I contacted the home builder. They were here immediately, including Chester Richardson, the owner of the company. They immediately diagnosed the problem and developed a plan to correct and repair the problem. The Project Manager, Kerry Whitaker, was a true professional. He took his time to explain each step of the process and offered plenty of options to get the fireplace repaired and to our liking. This is the second time we have used Richardson Construction for projects and both times we've had an outstanding experience. I would highly recommend Richardson Construction for any and all home projects.
