Customer experiences
I have had nothing but excellent service. They have done amazing with my anxiety issues and have done everything possible to ease them even as an adult. I love how they are so helpful and understanding of my fears and ease them! They do everything as painless as possible!
All of the staff is so nice and thorough. Everything was explained to me well about my child's teeth and what I could do to get them fixed. She needs a lot of work with her cavities but they were so patient with her and helped me with my anxiety. The secretary was also great in helping me. And they have a little play area and have plenty of coloring pages for the kids to color. What a great place to bring your kids! Thank you guys so much! This will now be a regular dentist for us for sure.
My grandkids have been going here almost five years and they love it! What I really like about this place is that it's ran by all women...go ladies! I even asked my grandkids if they wanted to go to another dentist office where we could get their eyes and teeth checked out at the same time and place. They said "no" ma'am we want to stay here...ok! Enough said. Nice staff and office always smells so good,
I’ve been bringing my children to this office for nearly 7 years, but after our recent experience, I will never return. My almost 3-year-old son had crowns placed here, and the results have been devastating. He was left with a severe open and overbite, something he did not have prior. I called the office expressing serious concern about how this could impact his long-term development and asked to speak with the doctor directly. I was told he was at another location and that he would follow up with me. It has now been almost three weeks—no call, no email, no response at all. Out of concern, I took my son to a different pediatric dentist, who confirmed that the crowns were not measured correctly, leading to the bite issues. Thankfully, there is enough spacing between his teeth hopefully avoid major jaw development problems (but that is unknown), he has now developed a strong lisp—which he never had before. The new dentist said this will likely require speech therapy, something that could have been completely avoided if the work had been done properly. What’s worse than the poor dental work is the complete lack of accountability or professionalism. The doctor didn’t even have the courtesy to return a concerned parent’s call. I trusted this office with my all my children’s care, and they failed. I’m heartbroken and disappointed. I hope no other parent or child has to go through this.
Midtown Dentistry is a dentist.
