I made my selection online. When I got to the dealership there was a minor cosmetic issue with the vehicle that I didn't like. The vehicle was absolutely perfect otherwise. I browsed the lot and found another vehicle and lower price than I had initially selected. The quality and selection are outstanding. This was my first purchase from the used lot. I have previously purchased 5 vehicles from the new inventory lot over the past 25 years. From my initial online contact until my departure in my Grand Cherokee Trailhawk, the salesman Ben and the management were very professional, considerate, courteous and more than accommodating to my wife's medical mobility requirements. The entire process took less than an hour from arrival to departure, even after me changing my selection. I have been dealing with Chris Nikel new, service department and now used for 25 years and cannot find anything negative to say about any of the experiences.
