Midtown Plumbing Co

This is the second time Midtown Plumbing Company has fixed our plumbing issues. They changed out our garbage disposal and now our water heater. Both times they were able to schedule us the day we called and were on time. I even received a text to know when they were on their way. They were friendly the whole time, from the first phone call with the office, to the men who worked on the issues in our home. Their prices are fair and they do not charge for things that are unnecessary.

I have been using Midtown plumbing for years now. The reasons are pretty simple. In my experience as a former plumber, this company has been nothing but honest in their diagnoses. Their pricing is fair. They do not gouge the customer and they do not try to upsell things that you don’t need. The entire crew has always been respectful, kind, pleasant, and very helpful. Their communication is top-notch. They text when they are in route. They text when they arrive. They communicate during the job and then they communicate when they are leaving. Invoicing is simple as well. There are way too many plumbing companies in Midland, but I don’t use anyone else and I don’t recommend anyone but Midtown plumbing. I love these guys.

Great service. The guys were great Juan and his guy were professional and kind. They respectful, knowledgeable and kind to my mother. They fixed her water heater and did an amazing job.
