This was my first time arranging car service in Chicago, which created a bit of anxiety not knowing what to expect. Reading prior reviews, I gave Midway a try. I can say without a doubt, Jeff was super easy and highly connected (Email, phone, text) to help me line up transportation. His recommendations on pickup timing were excellent, and his professional approach was also greatly appreciated. Andre was great company and very helpful with the car service, and we left knowing we were in good hands. Would absolutely use Jeff and Andre again.

Our experience with Midway O’Hare was excellent from start to finish. Jeff was incredibly communicative and kind, making the booking process easy and stress-free. They were able to comfortably accommodate our family of five, which we really appreciated. Our drivers, Andre and Ramon, were both extremely professional, punctual, and courteous. I’ve taken 100+ rides with Midway O’Hare Taxi and Livery and every single one has been safe, clean, and efficient. Jeff’s driver’s are communicative and won’t leave you wondering if someone is coming. Every one of them has been a safe driver and polite and their vehicles are immaculate.
