Just checked in at 10.05 am for a pickup at door N appointment is noon very welcoming and nice respectful lady at the window she gave me a sheet to fill out and respectfully asked me if my trailer was clean I responded yes which it is because even if it’s not dirty I will clean my trailer after the delivery every time anyway she gave me a door and they’re loading me while I’m writing the review thank you Midwest for hiring the right staff to all drivers make sure your trailer is clean I had to edit and add it’s 10.35 am I have my bills in my hands the loader was kind enough to put my load bar and secure my load he came out and sealed the trailer I’m on my way home to spend the weekend with my family by the way this load was from 4600 building thanks to everyone at that warehouse

ATTENTION DRIVERS There has been some confusion regarding this location. If you are delivering to or picking up from 4645, please note that it is across from another building with the same name. Be careful not to mix them up. Importantly, the shipping and receiving office is not located near the loading/unloading docks. The check-in office is at the front of the building, not at the dock doors. Do not drive all the way to the docks. Instead, stop near the beginning of the driveway where it says “Door A” to check in. They really should add an arrow ➡️ on the curb to better guide drivers on where to check in. Without it, you may find yourself going back and forth or asking others for directions. It’s unclear if overnight parking is allowed, but there is enough space available if needed. As for the receiving office staff — the lady at the front desk appeared a bit unwelcoming, but the unloading process was fast. That’s why the location gets two stars 🌟 🌟

Over all clean place & took 1:30 to get loaded But the restroom is outside portable which is not a good . Has enough place to park & check in . Not sure for overnight parking

Picked up at 4600 building for midwest bio springer, check in at door N all tge way at east end of building, nice people arrived at 10am for noon appt and was loaded right away NEED CLEAN TRAILER....
