The staff took me in within minutes of my arrival even before my appointment time. They worked as a team to get the cleaning and X-rays done quickly. The doctor came and performed an adjustment while the other jobs were performed without a glitch. The staff knew their job and were perfect.

I'm a paraplegic in a wheelchair and they wanted me to stay over in 2 hours for appointment and miscommunication on what time my appointment was a mistake! They weren't willing to compromise their schedule to allow their patients to be more accommodated so I will no longer be going to this location. Thank you guys but I rather go somewhere where I know me being a client is valuable to those that's working there and there's no sense of urgency for none of the staff members including the African-American gentleman who is supervisor at this location completely disappointed will not be going back. When you have a paraplegic veteran who fought for your rights and you can't make a accommodation for one day!! Making me wait over 2 hours to get some dentures. So please don't be too early don't be too late for your appointment they will not make accommodations!! Even if you're in a wheelchair!!

Today at Dental Depot Tinker Diagonal Midwest City My 16 year old son was disregarded and disrespected and so was I, his Mother! We have Sooner Care Medicaid, Oklahoma Complete Health. I called them at 8am to get a chipped tooth repair appointment for my son’s chipped tooth! I was there twice, at 12:05 pm and they called me to come back for a no show appointment at 2pm. to fix my son’s tooth! (Or so I thought so after saying this 3 times to 3 people)- We were here 2 months ago for the same thing. At that visit they did a whole mouth exam and took x-rays well today they never addressed my son’s chipped tooth! But took the same X-rays again billed my insurance fraudulently and gave us paper work for Wisdom Teeth extraction and fillings. Not even what we were there for today! I am really upset they didn’t even give my son a School Note for missing School all day!! They were rude, over talked us and behaved unprofessional when it comes to a shy teenage boy showed no regard for his feelings and clearly didn’t care they waisted my time and my gas running back and forth when they told me too! Shame on THIS Dental Depot and Zahir Kouzbari DDS FOR THIS!

10/10 I had the most attentive, knowledgeable, and kindest Dental Assistant & Dentist. They got me in and out swiftly with a plan and the secure feeling it will go smoothly. Thanks for an awesome first visit!! I would rate them 10+ stars if i could
