We highly recommend Midwest Comfort Solutions. We recently experienced an issue with our furnace and were fortunate to get a recommendation to call Midwest. I called first thing in the morning and they were able to sent a technician, Phil, before noon. Phil was thorough in diagnosing the problem which was great because there were multiple issues. He provided a detailed quote and identified what were essential repairs and what were recommended but not absolutely necessary. The pricing for both labor and parts was very fair. Once we agreed on the work to be completed, Phil was able to get the needed parts in short order and completed the repair in the afternoon, even staying late on a Friday to make sure everything was working properly. The work performed was documented with photos, including the old and new parts. The final invoice was also detailed and matched the quote - no surprises or hidden fees! Both the telephone customer support and technician were very professional and transparent. Midwest Comfort Solutions will be our first call for any HVAC needs in the future.
