My experience started out okay initially. But then I would hear some of the Physical Therapist talk about certain people amongst the office, sometimes even patients. I was treated unfairly compared to other racial demographics. If you are African American or other minorities, I would advise against going here.
Tore my labrum last summer and had to come here for physical therapy. What a treat it’s been for me the past 8 months. Great team here at can’t thank them enough for the support they gave me throughout my recovery. S/o Victoria for nursing me back to health
My husband had a knee replacement and they called and scheduled his physical therapy a month before the surgery. I thought wow that’s so great. After he had one day of therapy they call to say they never got pre authorization from his insurance which means they may have to cancel future appointments until they get it. They had a MONTH!!! Not acceptable!
