I contacted reliable roofing several years back when we needed a repair on our garage roof. Josh was quick to respond and provided A very reasonable quote but we ended up going with a different contractor in the end. When it came time for us to do the roof of our house, I reach back out to Josh And he was just as helpful this time around as he was the last time, even though we didn’t go with him the first time. I appreciated his honesty and willingness to work with my schedule. We had some shingles that blew off in a storm, and after the contract was signed they repaired the shingles until My travel schedule allowed for the full roof to be replaced. Josh and his crew arrived when scheduled , tore out our decking on our flat roof, removed the shingles on our pitched roof and replaced everything within a span of a single day. I am very happy with the work that they performed and the warranty on both roofs gives me piece of mind. I feel confident that I can call Josh If something were to go wrong and that he would have it fixed immediately. I will definitely be using Reliable Roofing again and recommend to anybody to reach out to them if they need a repair or roof replacement.

Reliable Roofing was perfect to work with from start to finish. Josh Nicholas and his team were prompt courteous, and did a darned good job on our 3 unit building's flat roof. When Josh let me know the project was completed, I was shocked as it was significantly ahead of when I was anticipating. He simply said that they showed up with 9 guys and were able to just crank it out. Literally in the time I expected a roof to be just torn off, his team completed the whole thing. A similar unit across the street from us had a roofing company take 3 times longer. Thank you Josh, absolutely recommend. Also of note, the roof itself looks absolutely fantastic.
