Customer experiences
Clint and the team were fast, professional, and easy to work with. They fixed an issue with the roof over our addition where the original install didn’t overhang enough, leaving the drip edge exposed and causing fascia rot. They replaced and painted the damaged fascia and made sure everything was done right this time. The new section looks great. Highly recommend!
I originally went to work for this company thinking it was a good company. They promised an inspector working alongside me in in a truck like all the male canvassers had-- amongst other things. Lets just say they fooled me. I still have not been paid for multiple inspections scheduled and completed b4 putting in my 2 weeks. I got sick and caught covid and had a home owner try contacting me by cell then called the office for me and scheduled with an inspector who never made me aware ( I told my bosses Clint and Dylan and they told me I would be paid. After that being at least the 3rd or 4th time of dishonesty, and several other RED FLAGS, including being spoken to by an inspector like I didnt know what type of shingle was on a roof and condescending made me go back to the home and take a photo to prove it, I decided to put in my 2 weeks in. While quarantining i would have found another job. My numbers averaging almost 5 roofs a month, I have options. But i am selective and blessed to be back at my previous company which has been in business 35 years and much more professionally managed.STORM ROOF SYSTEMS still has not paid me and it has been over a month. I have asked nicely multiple times and have screenshots of my builds and the texts between the owners and payroll people. Within 3 months I saw TOO many RED flags and unfulfilled promises. O could never represent a company who has done me dirty. They disrespected my appointments because they dont like dealing with state farm or allstate. I was the only female out in the field and am recovering from a bad injury but still work hard and double the time as others because I still have issues walking never given gas compensation or money based on the size of the roof or the fact it became a build even if it was a million to 2 million dollar build. I drove my own truck and never had an inspector present with me aside from the 1st 2 weeks when I worked in the neighborhoodwith Clint. And i was not in his truck. I generated appointments and only half of the appointments were gone to and I even had at least 2 homeowners that I KNOW of call the office number for me ( which there is not an official office- just a meeting place every 2 weeks) I generated over $85000 in business within my 1st month yet still got paid the same per inspection as the males generating inspections on much homes 1/3 the size not even becoming builds were getting paid the same -- males with Inspectors with them, while half of my appointments were missed because I had no one with me or just flakiness on the inspector side. or home owners changed their minds because either the inspector was late or never showed up or just blew it off. The more inspections I got them the harder it was to get them to rhe appointments. So I got paid for only half of my work. After having another canvasser literally try to steal an inspection twice in front of my face after I scheduled , and she rejected him. Inspectors repetitively would be scheduled to work with me and blow me off the entire day and then go to my but take credit for getting the inspection I only learned of because the home owner told me they never showed up the day they scheduled the inspection.
I’ve worked with Clint & his team at Storm several times. Top notch business- truly an elite business, in a market where you don’t always know what you’ll get. 5 stars all day long.
Denny came over to fix a leak that may be coming from a cracked pipe on my room. Very professional and asked lots of questions. Made a good diagnosis of the issue. Put the silicone where the leak may have occurred. He said to keep an eye on the issue. He would be happy to come back and look if there was another issue. Give them top ratings.
