Great customer service and Tyler is an outstanding representative of the company. The company sent a text with a photo of whom to expect and Tyler called when he was on the way. He went above and beyond with a plethora of toilet repairs and pipe checks following a water leak that tripled our regular water bill. The estimate exactly matched the final bill, with no hidden fees. Tyler was very professional and made sure everything was cleaned up before he left. On a side note - he was very sweet and personable with my 90 year old mother. I would highly recommend Mike's Plumbing here in Naples. We will only use them for any future issues.

We had a water emergency - I clipped our upside faucet with my lawnmower and broke it. What a mess! We called Mike’s Plumbing that afternoon, and Geno came first thing the next morning. He is so knowledgeable about his craft, and had our water up and running in no time. Very reasonable price, especially since he had to travel an hour to get to our house. It was so nice to have a good experience in the midst of having a bad one, and because of their service, workmanship, and value, the next time we need a plumber, we’ll be calling Mike’s. Highly recommend this company!

Had a water leak. Water bill was high. Called Mikes plumbing came out yesterday and scheduled a tech out today at 7:30 amvery polite very knowledgeable took care of my problem. He was an awesome worker. Will now use Mike's Plumbing here in Naples from now on. The price was exactly what he said it would be. No hidden fees nothing added on. Definitely a 5 Star + company
