Mike's sons installed underfloor heating for us. I have had plenty of occasions where I've felt very uncomfortable with people working for me in our home, particularly if there's something I'm not sure about and want to clarify. Mike, Dan and Harry were all soooo lovely! Great communication and lovely to have around. Always keen to explain what needed to be done and why. I was happy with the pricing and when I added on moving a radiator, the additional cost was very reasonable. Mike advised an alternative route to overcome a boiler issue which demonstrated he had OUR best interests at heart, rather than taking the opportunity to increase the work (and money) for himself. I would definitely recommend Mike and his sons.

Boiler went down and I called a lot of different numbers to try and get someone round. Called Mark and he was more that happy to help. His call out charges for a Saturday were the same as normal and his Son had arrived within 30 minutes! He got right to work and after a short time agreed that the pump was at fault. He found me two options of repair and gave me the price options. Then he went out and bought the part and had it fitted within 2 hours, tested the system and then gave me a quick lesson on the system. I’m very happy with the price and would defiantly use again. Very impressed with this on call service. Thankyou

Had a mains water pipe leak in house from a connection. We had identified where the leak was and it was accessible, so shouldn't really have been too difficult. The first plumber we called was mysteriously unable to fix the (not particularly difficult) problem and left after an hour leaving us with no water over night. The next day we contacted Mike Sibley plumbing, who turned up on time, the plumber (thanks Mike) was a really nice guy and all done and dusted within a very short time and at a very reasonable price. Would definitely recommend and use again.
