Milani Plumbing, Heating & Air Conditioning

This company installed Heat Pump and Furnace in our house. I am extremely disappointed both in quality of installation and how customer service is dealing with my complain. 1. Furnace is very loud at 65dB, so we have to turn it off at nights. Milani insists that this is normal. 2. Very sloppy installation, large gap between electrical sub panel and drywall. 3. Main wire is hanging from the ceiling and first attachment point is the furnace itself. 4. Other minor drywall holes and dings, that they are refusing to fix. 5. Furnace is misaligned with the main duct. I have spoken with our municipality supervisor of electrical inspection department and was told that it would not pass the inspection in current state. I am currently in talks with Milani on items above, but they are extremely slow in responses and no effective resolution has been agreed upon. Do NOT recommend. Avoid like plague and go somewhere else. Unless you want to spend 20k, REDUCE your property value and spend weeks trying to make them fix their work.
