Prestation faite ce jour, je met 1 étoile car le résultat final était passable et ce après 3h de travail quand même. J’ai dû les reprendre plusieurs fois car les cuticules ne sont absolument pas bien retirées ils vous disent manucure russe alors que ça n’en ai pas. Ils m’ont refait 2 fois les pieds car le vernis posé n’était pas le bon blanc. J’ai aussi dû les reprendre sur le limage et la forme. BREF je leur ai appris leur métier. Du jamais vu ! Surtout pour le prix quand même. Et la responsable se permet de me dire que d’autres clients attendent quand je demande une autre couche de vernis. Ce n’était pas ma faute si vous ne savez pas faire votre métier. C’est dommage car ils sont gentils mais nous payons avant tout pour avoir une qualité et un résultat. Pour presque 100€ c’est dommage je n’y retournerai pas.
Attention changement de propriétaire. Très contente de mon expérience chez eux. Elles étaient toutes gentilles et très professionnel. Elles sont minutieuses et sont aux petits soins. Manucure et pédicure parfaites. Je tenterai bien une prochaine fois les soins du visage. Mon nouvel institut à Versailles ! Merci encore !
