I was recently in an accident, and my insurance company referred me to OMS Collision. When I arrived, I met with Chris, who is also the manager. He provided amazing customer service from the start. When I went to pick up my vehicle after the repairs were completed, Chris personally walked me through everything to ensure I was satisfied. The car was spotless—cleaned inside and out—and looked almost like new. The only downside was that I didn’t receive any follow-up calls with updates on the progress of the work, which would have been appreciated. Thanks to everyone who worked on my vehicle. And a special thanks to Chris for your excellent service—I truly appreciate it!

I visited both the new car sales building and the pre-owned vehicle building. The next day, I made an appointment with Ryan McNutt and spoke in detail about car sales. I had only been in Canada for a month, so I didn't know much about the car buying process. However, Ryan patiently and thoroughly attended to us, explaining every detail we needed and needed to pay attention to. We obtained all the information we needed. We also liked and selected the car we wanted to buy. I'm not someone who easily trusts people, and I often verify information they tell me later, or I ask questions I've already researched and know. Ryan is a true expert in what he does. He's extremely trustworthy. He's extremely transparent and thorough in every aspect. He even asked the loan specialist about his knowledge of the loan to be sure. He answered every question I asked with meticulous care and attention, confident in his answers. The other employees we met were also excellent. I have so much confidence in this company that I wouldn't consider going to another company. It was a place within walking distance of my home where I felt very safe and comfortable.
