AlexAfter a year of overpriced haircuts and short-sighted hairdressers who couldn't cut a slice of cake straight, finally a decent men's hairdressers! Just a 5 minute walk from Charlotte Street Carpark, great old school style hairdressers, well designed, swanky retro style wooden interior and lovely subdued lighting with spaced seating rather than just rows of chairs, had a good chinwag without everyone earwigging which is refreshing and surprisingly relaxing, got offered a proper coffee as well which is a bonus! Sam was excellent, super knowledgeable and provided great advice on the cut, styling and products, super friendly and gave a first class haircut. Would recommend Hacketts and Sam without hesitation, heads and tails above your average clipper-cut high-street barber and well worth the money.

Response: I was a walk in and as if I'd go through the crass awkwardness of coming in to get a haircut corrected. I actually mentioned my hair looked patchy at the time and was given some old pony about shadows. Luckily it was a buzz cut and I could sort it out myself.
