I HIRED HER SINCE THE END OF DECEMBER 2024 TO HELP ME WITH THE RENEWAL OF MY E1 VISA, AND DUE TO HER MISTAKES, SHE DOESN'T GET INVOLVED AND LEAVES EVERYTHING IN THE HANDS OF HER "PARALEGALES", SINCE THEY NEVER COMPLIED WITH THE FORMATS THAT THE US CONSULATE IN MONTERREY, MEXICO, DEMANDS, MY VISA AUTHORIZATION CAME OUT UNTIL THE BEGINNING OF JULY2025, BUT SHE CHARGES IN ADVANCE AND AFTERWARDS, SHE DOESN'T CARE, I ALREADY CHARGED, IF IT WORKS OUT GOOD, WHAT A NICE, IF NOT, TOO BAD, VERY UNPROFESSIONAL, I CALLED HER, SHE NEVER ANSWERED OR HER ASSISTANTS DENIED IT, I HAD TO BE THE ONE PUSHING THE CONSULATE, I just wanted to be told about the mistakes they had made when submitting documents. Even though the consulate asked them again how they should go, they kept making many more mistakes. In short, a very bad professional and person. I do not recommend her.
