The Lombard office has very unprofessional managers who don’t know what is engineering drawings. In 2 months more than 11 employees along with the VP and few Sr. Engineers resigned. It’s all the blame game. Although Milhouse has the core but unfortunate to loose good professional workers. They say Good ones don’t stay too long…good luck with Milhouse..
