Was hoping to support local business but I will take my business elsewhere next time. Was greeted by Cindy by a friendly ' what what what' and when I asked a question 'your a new a newbie, I've been doing this for 17 years'. Not impressed. Judging from the past review, I should have know better. Maybe that's why the business is up for sale.
For a quality professional job they are not the place to go for placing an engraving on a square and flat trophy. It seems they have no means/tools/guides for placing an engraving centered, level and straight on a trophy. They told me they have always done it by "eye". The actual engraving was done well, installation was not acceptable, the first nor second time. There will not be third attempt. Not a high quality professional effort in my opinion.
I need some embroidery done on some Christmas stockings I am sewing---of course I leave everything to the last minute and I was told it wouldn't be ready till the 22nd....they called today (the 15th) saying it was ready!!!! Thank you so very much!!!
