Helpful, friendly and supportive, Ryan is a credit to what is a very well managed dealership. Ryan P. was excellent from start to finish. He is knowledgeable, attentive, proactive (but not at all pushy) and very friendly. From my interactions with Ryan, and some of his colleagues, it is clear (to me at least) that Drift Bridge Garage Limited Volkswagen is top-tier at what it does (and dealership 'chains' have a lot to do if they ever want to come near this business). My new Golf is excellent (as was my first Golf >30 years ago!). [VW Financial Services 'let the side down' a bit because they chose to start the agreement a few days before I took delivery of the car. How silly of them to lose goodwill for c.£26.46...]

Had an absolutely fantastic experience at this dealership! A huge shout-out to Ryan Parker, who was just amazing. He patiently showed us the car we were interested in, clearly explained all our options, and worked with us to get a truly great deal. There was no pressure, just genuine help. The branch itself was spotless, sharp, and very welcoming. They had great coffee and even a nice area to keep the kids entertained while we sorted things out. To top it all off, they gave me a very fair price for my trade-in, which saved me a ton of time and effort. 5-star service all around – highly recommend!

I purchased a car from the Drift Bridge Volkswagen Epsom branch in early October 2025, and within just a week of ownership, I began experiencing issues with the vehicle. Despite providing evidence and contacting the dealership multiple times, the service I received was extremely disappointing and unprofessional. During one of my calls, a service manager even admitted he didn’t know what to do — which is unacceptable from an authorised Volkswagen dealership. It became clear that the car was not properly inspected before being sold to me. When I opened the bonnet a week later, I discovered a crocodile clip left attached in the engine bay, which posed a serious safety risk to me and my family. Additionally, when the vehicle was handed over, it still contained personal information belonging to the previous owner — including their full name, address, occupation, and age — left on an insurance document inside the car. This represents a major data protection breach and shows a complete lack of care and attention during the handover process. Although the dealership eventually addressed a noise issue with the vehicle, the far more serious matters — the data breach and the safety concern caused by the crocodile clip — have not been resolved. I have emailed the showroom manager numerous times, but he has failed to respond or take this situation seriously. Overall, my experience with Drift Bridge Volkswagen Epsom has been extremely disappointing. The lack of professionalism, poor vehicle inspection standards, and disregard for customer safety and privacy are unacceptable.
