Helpful, friendly and supportive, Ryan is a credit to what is a very well managed dealership. Ryan P. was excellent from start to finish. He is knowledgeable, attentive, proactive (but not at all pushy) and very friendly. From my interactions with Ryan, and some of his colleagues, it is clear (to me at least) that Drift Bridge Garage Limited Volkswagen is top-tier at what it does (and dealership 'chains' have a lot to do if they ever want to come near this business). My new Golf is excellent (as was my first Golf >30 years ago!). [VW Financial Services 'let the side down' a bit because they chose to start the agreement a few days before I took delivery of the car. How silly of them to lose goodwill for c.£26.46...]

Had an absolutely fantastic experience at this dealership! A huge shout-out to Ryan Parker, who was just amazing. He patiently showed us the car we were interested in, clearly explained all our options, and worked with us to get a truly great deal. There was no pressure, just genuine help. The branch itself was spotless, sharp, and very welcoming. They had great coffee and even a nice area to keep the kids entertained while we sorted things out. To top it all off, they gave me a very fair price for my trade-in, which saved me a ton of time and effort. 5-star service all around – highly recommend!
