Hospital Review: A Mixed Experience I recently visited MIMS Hospital for a health concern, and my overall experience was mixed. The hospital itself is well-maintained, clean, and has a good infrastructure. The doctors I interacted with were knowledgeable, friendly, and attentive, except for one doctor in the Gastroenterology department - Dr. Rakesh Jha. Unfortunately, my experience with Dr. Rakesh Jha was disappointing. He seemed to be in a hurry and spent only about 2 minutes examining me. He concluded that everything was fine and that I didn't need any medication in phone call. However, when I asked him to write the same diagnosis in my prescription, he seemed hesitant and unwilling. I found this behavior unprofessional and questionable. As a patient, I expect my doctor to take the time to properly examine me, answer my questions, and provide a clear diagnosis and treatment plan. Despite this negative experience with Dr. Rakesh Jha, I would still recommend MIMS Hospital to others, as the other doctors and staff members were excellent. I would caution patients to avoid Dr. Rakesh Jha.

recently had an extremely disappointing experience at MIMS Hospital. I went in with a small cut and was shocked when they immediately placed me on an emergency bed, which was completely unnecessary and seemed like a blatant attempt to inflate the bill. The reception staff were not only unhelpful but also incredibly rude. They showed no empathy or professionalism, making an already stressful situation even worse. Overall, it was a very bad experience, and I strongly recommend that people avoid this hospital under any circumstances. It's clear that their primary concern is making money, not providing quality care.
