Highly recommend Dr. Louie and staff at Mind Body Spine. I decided to try a Chiropractor after my husband found this clinic. I suffer from mid back numbness and soft tissue pain which I assumed would not benefit from Chiropractic services. Their comprehensive treatment plan is well explained and assessments are completed routinely to monitor your progress. This clinic is unique, personable and attention to the client is their priority. In addition to my original issue, Dr. Louie was able to alleviate most of my chronic daily headaches which turned out to be a pleasant surprise!

I’ve been going to Mind Body Spine for a while now, and I’ve noticed a real change in my body since starting regular adjustments. For the past three years, I was only getting my period about twice a year. Since coming here, I’ve started getting my period more regularly—definitely more often than before—and this has been the only real change I’ve made in my routine. I’ve also been getting longer, deeper sleep and my back doesn’t hurt as much anymore, which has made such a difference in my day-to-day life. I did miss my period last month, but I think it’s because I’ve been traveling a lot over the past four months and wasn’t as consistent with my visits (usually I go twice a month). Still, I’m seeing real progress overall, and I’m so thankful for it. Highly recommend this place!

My last scan two weeks ago showed a huge reduction in the stress and tension in my spine and nervous system. This has already made a huge difference in the quality of my life and how it affects me at work and in my personal life. Dr. Louie and her staff are great, always asking how I'm doing and genuinely caring about my overall health and well-being. I highly recommend Mind, Body and Spine!
