What a great experience at Mindful Meridians. Everyone is so welcoming. My mother suffers from shoulder pain due to a tear. Jeremy was so helpful & the treatment so far has helped tremendously. The red light therapy in combination with PEMF & Body Work by Jeremy is great! He's thorough & gentle all while being very effective. Everyone is so wonderful & knowledgeable there. I had the 40 minute red light therapy and PEMF. This is my third time having this treatment and it really helps when you have muscle pain and soreness. This spa is an amazing place- the facilities are clean and well-stocked and the staff are knowledgeable, pleasant an really inviting. My tech was AMAZING- checking to see if things were as expected and going above and beyond to make my experience A1. I can't say enough about the professionalism and the quality of the service. A great place to go for a wide variety of treatments. Highly recommended!!!
