Really great service here. Lovely staff member helped me with my previous purchase. They actually have great sales compared to the online store. They carry different items and put things on sale. Definitely well worth to visit while in the mall. Staff seem knowledgeable and very helpful. Great job guys.

Had a great experience at Nike Markville. Kamayah was super helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. We had a lot of questions and she had clear answers to all of them. Highly recommended!

Shanks, who will not tell me her position when I asked, refused to give me a refund for a $400 shoes which only been tried in the store at another location. She told me to go back to the store where I brought it which is far from my home. I said Nike policy states returns can be done at any Nike location, so I know what I am talking about. Without giving any proper reasoning to back up her decision rudely refused the refund. When I asked for her name and position, she is unwilling to provide the information. I had to ask multiply times just to get her name. Zero customer service whatsoever.
