I had a very disappointing experience when I went to see Francis at his place. The location was less than ideal; it seemed like I was in a barn or some sort of makeshift area, and it was quite unpleasant. I was particularly interested in checking out an RSX, but what I encountered was nothing but a pile of junk. To make matters worse, Francis kept me waiting for a whopping 2 hours, and when I asked about the condition of the car, he brushed off my concerns by saying I needed to be patient if I wanted a nice car. He even attempted to take an extra $200 from me after I had clearly stated I would come back later to consider my options. The car itself was in a terrible state, with flat tires and hidden away in what seemed like a junkyard. Francis claimed it had been driven just a month ago, but it was evident that it had been sitting in the back, neglected. I would strongly advise against dealing with Francis, as my experience left me with the impression that he is not an honest seller. His attempt to sell me a car in such a terrible condition and his dishonest tactics have left a sour taste in my mouth. His statement that the car was the "This is the Lamborghini of your generation" just adds to the overall unprofessionalism and dishonesty I encountered. I would recommend finding a more reputable and trustworthy place to buy a car.

I recently had a very good experience with Francis, his prices are fair and he willing to work with you. His lot is full, literally every inch lol, but the whole process was smooth except the Financing part, where you will have to get to Dufferin st and 401 to sign documents and provide identification. If possible, pay cash and skip this part but another than that you should be good. I was a bit wary of previous reviews but a friend recommended him and I do now also. I not sure if this is a different Francis but he is the man you want when looking for a car for your needs. Happy 2007 Honda Odyssey owner.

In search of helping my younger sister in getting her first car, we came across a nicely priced car from this dealership. We had a good first impression with Francis, we test drove the car, gave him a deposit and financed the purchase. Very seamless process and Francis kept his word and professionalism every step of the way. It has been about 2 months since our purchase and the car is amazing, no issues whatsoever. He prices his cars very competitively, his dealership is highly recommended to check out and consider!

I waited a few months to leave a review and I am glad I did. I purchased a used vehicle from Francis in January. I was coming from a distance, and wanted to make sure the car was in fair shape… he said it was fairly rust free and would gladly rust proof the vehicle for me. When I picked it up, it had a very liberal layer of undercoating… sign one. The vehicle was surrounded by about 20 cars and looked like it had never been moved, although he said he had it serviced. Sign two. The moment I got On the highway and started to drive over 80, the car vibrates violently. I call Francis, and he offers zero help and says he never got a chance to try it out, so sign three that I should have never delt with him. He is a true conman, and buyer must beware. I read the reviews, tried to tell myself otherwise, but unless you’re buying a fancy car, this is not your guy. He definitely preys on the vulnerable. Now the thing is falling apart and I realized I made a multi thousand dollar mistake. Don’t be like me.
