I booked a hair cut on class pass. However they booked me in for the incorrect time (which is fine - human error happens). But they did very little in the way of customer service to rectify this. Really poor attitude and made it feel like this was my problem to solve. In the end they said they'd refund me my class pass points and I could book in some other time. They didn't refund me my points...
