포르투갈 여행 첫날, 장시간 비행으로 지친 몸을 회복하기 위해 방문했습니다 영어가 유창하지 않고 빈야사 경험이 많지 않아서 걱정했지만 참여자의 레벨에 맞게 수업을 운영해주시고 편안하게 수련에 임할 수 있도록 지도해주셨어요 호텔에서 매우 가깝고 예약방법도 간단해서 부담없이 들를 수 있었습니다 이번 여행을 더 뜻깊게 해주는 특별한 경험이었습니다

How lucky I was to find the ministry of yoga that early during my 5 week stay in Lisbon. I booked a monthly pass right away after my first lesson with Zoe and it was so worth it. Zoe was a wonderful teacher and helped me a lot to improve my yoga practice and my mind work. It will be hard to find a yoga school as holistic and professional as the ministry of yoga again. Zoe and her Team do a wonderful job and I enjoyed each class. Highly recommend!

100% recommend . This is the best yoga studio in Lisbon for me. I have been practicing yoga for 8 years now, and for me, MoY is the space in the whole world where I feel most at home. Every time I come back to Lisbon, I book at least one practice with Zoe to feel the tranquility she manages to inspire inside of me. I am a big fan of the vynasa, rocket and hatha practices the studio offers.
