Customer experiences
Clinic well maintain and doctor is very nice, gives time to listen you very carefully. I never saw him doing any rush for anything. I been there couple times. Definitely will recommend
Our family has been under the care of Dr. Adel Ibrahim for over four years, and we couldn’t be more satisfied with the exceptional service provided. Dr. Adel Ibrahim is not only highly knowledgeable but also incredibly patient and attentive. They take the time to listen to our concerns, explain medical conditions and treatments thoroughly, and ensure we feel comfortable and informed at every step. Over the years, Dr. Adel Ibrahim has consistently demonstrated compassion and professionalism, making us feel confident in the care we receive. The staff at the clinic are equally wonderful—friendly, efficient, and always accommodating with appointments. The clinic itself is well-organized, clean, and welcoming. We are truly grateful for the outstanding care and dedication Dr. Adel Ibrahim and their team have provided to our family. I highly recommend their practice to anyone looking for a reliable and compassionate family doctor.
Took my son there last month. He had an expired health card so they asked for $40 cash to see him. We were told to wait a month to get a refund. I called exactly one month and one day later and was told no refund would be given. Apparently we had to request it within 1 month but that is not what we were told. So even though it was 1 day past their deadline, they would not honour it. Doctor was fine but would not use again.
Dr Ibrahim is amazing but I had the misfortune of working with the receptionist Bahtee, and it was nothing short of a nightmare. From the very beginning, her attitude made the entire process difficult. She was hard to communicate with, constantly making things more complicated than they needed to be. The lack of professionalism was evident, and she seemed to go out of her way to create roadblocks instead of solutions. It was frustrating trying to get anything done with her – she was not only uncooperative but also incredibly annoying to work with.
