Customer experiences
I'm not usually into thrifting, but this was by far the coolest thrift shop I've ever visited. The shop has several rooms filled with a variety of clothing options, all well-maintained. While I was there, I even got the chance to make my own shirt for fun, which only took about 15-20 minutes. I would definitely go back!
Cool finds, nice vibe, but grossly overpriced—the only affordable pieces here are on the sales rack. I was honestly really disappointed to see the prices here; I do not see a reason to shell out $50 for a basic t-shirt. I can understand jackets being more expensive, but EVERYTHING here is overpriced. I find it kind of against thrifting culture to charge so much for every piece… IMO, thrifting is about sustainably recycling pieces at an affordable price. Not hoarding a bunch of cool vintage items only to resell them for $70+ under like five different random brand names. I don’t even know why this place has their own ‘brands’; just sell the clothes as is? Anyway, you’re better off supporting better places such as the SPCA thrift store, Salvation Army, or any other charity thrifts. They’re way more affordable, and have just as many cool items. I don’t mess with these wannabe-hip, millennial-ran places.
Wide verity of both clothing and accessories that are branded and regular. However, bit pricey though. Overall I was satisfied! Customer service was excellent.
One of the best boutique/shoppes that's hidden in plain sight..so to speak. My friend Sebastian's store "Glory Days" is the highlight ... when I walk into this retail space..3 strides in any direction and you got an idea of the square footage. But he's got bling, girls fashions, guys fashion, jeans, boots, hats, stuff for rockers, stuff for collector's. Last visit I got a belt, Horror movie t shirt, rock t-shirt, Buffalo Sabres NHL pin, UFO patch, sunglasses and a vintage hockey jersey. Tell me ONE other shoppe or outlet with that variety. The coolest part.. step just to the left, not outside, same 3rd floor and you've got at least 10 other shops..including one that made my band t shirts for me. Great shopping..but easy to miss. Directly across from Starbuck's on Broadway & Kingsway.. upstairs 3rd floor. Enjoy
Mintage Mall is a second hand store.
