I bought a dress for the equivalent of $85 and later noticed that it had a flaw in the seam right at the front of the chest. When I wanted to return it or exchange it, the owner told me she wouldn't do it. Excuse me? The price tag was still on it and she won't even exchange it for me? I am very disappointed and can not recommend this store!

This store is horrible. I bought $130USD jewelry and it fell apart only within a half day.I think the part was too loose so it seems like while I was walking the parts was fallen apart and it’s gone so I didn’t even notice when it fell in apart. I went to the shop and asked to exchange they said they can not do that. Even this is NOT my fault. I asked to speak with manager but they said there is no manager I can not speak to anyone. This is kinda fraud to me. If the manager read this review please contact me and just exchange. This a NOT ok. Only half day the part fell part itself is NOT ok and why I can not speak to manager????? It is very weird.I was planing to buy more products but I will not buy anymore. You lost customer

ALL SALES FINAL. Make sure you don't need to return what you buy. No information given about this except on the receipt you get after you've bought it. So helpful 🙄 Won't shop here ever again.
