The company started very professional, they found a tenant for me, however, once they got paid the dynamics changed. 1st. They originally agreed to courier my rent checks to Dubai, 10 days and a series of lies later I had to send the courier to collect the cheque myself 2nd. I was originally informed they would be helping the tenant set up the Utilities and in the same process they would be cancelling all of mine. Two utilities were not cancelled which costed me over 1,000 aed. I spoke to one of the managers, who promised to investigate, resolve the issue and get back in contact with me. No surprise, radio silence.. Therefore, I highly recommend using another real estate management company, either as an owner or as a tenant.

I scheduled some maintenance work, and the service provided by John & Mr. Mati ur Rehman was absolutely excellent. He arrived on time, assessed the issue, took pictures, and promptly ordered the required parts. Within just a couple of days, he returned and resolved everything efficiently. He was very polite, cleaned up thoroughly after completing the job, and made the whole process smooth and hassle-free.

We recently sold out property with Miramar RE. Zaheer and Mary went out of their way to support the process as we were residing overseas. The entire sale was handled professionally and would highly recommend them.
