Despite persistent communication over weeks and regular follow ups, our team slowly kept getting locked out of their computers impacting our operations and resident care. This was persistently communicated to 1Path with no timely response and inconsistent messaging from their team. No sense of urgency from 1path in addressing our concerns or providing a timely proposal. It was a complete disaster to the point we just had to replace all of our computers. This was one of the most unprofessional experiences I have come across from a vendor having owned and operated several healthcare and senior related businesses. No regard to how their actions impact resident care.

Zach JonesYou guys may want to put speed trackers or cameras in tech's trucks cause this guy here was on my tail the entire way home ( about 6 miles) and when we finally got to a 4 lane road he bolts, easily doing 85+ in a 55. driving on the shoulder to pass cars. then honking at me to move over and yelling out the window. very unsafe and unprofessional.
