Customer experiences
This is usually not are places to go but have been eyeing for awhile. We wasn't not disappointed at all. The place is little packed but that's a good thing. Waitress was very nice and helpful since it was out first time. Food is amazing. We had started with the octopus balls. Delicious! Then had a plate of wonder woman rolls. Those were the best. And then ended with the Roman bowl. Which was different. We will be coming back to try the rice plates next time. Place does get a little loud.
Overall not worth the hour drive if I base the review on my only visit there. Went to visit family & met there. I ordered some food minus an ingredient that I didnāt much care for. When I got it, I started to eat my food and then noticed in the middle of the bowl (which wasnāt very empty) the ingredient that I had removed. I politely asked the waitress about it & she took my bowl away. She brought it back 5min later. Pretty sure all that was done is them removing the ingredient, putting in a new bowl, & sending back (which I couldāve done myself). The food obviously hadnāt been refired as it wasnāt hot when it came back. I was done with my food after that. I also ordered a soda and it was brought out. She never refilled my soda (but did refill my partyās water multiple times). At the end of the visit she noticed my cup was empty & refilled itā¦. with water. That seemed to just cap off my visit & how everything went. Waitress was friendly & polite so no complaints there.
INCREDIBLE food and atmosphere. Ava was wonderful as our waitress. We will be back. Sushi was so fresh and delicious. š¤¤šš„šš½
Crab cigars were great ā but the sushi was a letdown. We stopped by Miso hoping for a solid sushi experience. The crab cigar appetizer was genuinely tasty ā crispy, flavorful, and well-executed. Unfortunately, the sushi didnāt live up to expectations. While the presentation was flashy (served on a boat with smoky vapor rising out of it), the actual quality of the sushi was lacking. Some of the pieces ended up soggy on the bottom from the vapor, and the fish didnāt taste particularly fresh. For $14ā$19 per roll, I expected much better. The effort in ambiance and plating is appreciated, but at the end of the day, sushi is about freshness and flavor ā and this just missed the mark.
Miso is a japanese restaurant.
