I can't say enough good things about Mission Villa Senior Living. The staff supported my uncle through palliative care and hospice, while taking the time to support our family through his dying process. The facility is beautiful with natural light bathing the corridors and rooms. The rooms and hallways were clean and fresh smelling. They had activities planned throughout the day for residents, and the staff took the time to make sure each resident felt at home. On multiple occasions, I witnessed staff going above and beyond to support the residents under their care. It truly felt like they were family showing kindness, grace and patience at every turn. If you're looking for a nice, caring place for a loved one with memory loss or end of life needs, Mission Villa Senior Living should be your first stop on the peninsula.

I would like to extend my heartfelt gratitude to Pacifica Mission Villa for your continued support for local musicians and artists like myself. I am an instrumental performer. The life of performing artists are with constant struggles. This is why I always appreciate patrons like this senior community who truly appreciate their performers. They always went out of their ways to make sure I felt welcomed. The activities and programs here are abundant. The residents are always lively and engaging. Performing here is very rewarding. I assure you this is not always the case with my other gigs. Thus I can’t overstate how much I appreciate serving this community. My special thanks go to the activity director, George Stickles. I am writing to express my heartfelt appreciation for the outstanding service provided by George and Analyn, two exceptional members of the team at Pacifica Senior Living. Recently, my mother, had to attend an emergency, scheduled doctor’s appointment. George, who drove my mother to the appointment, and Analyn, her caregiver, demonstrated the utmost professionalism and compassion throughout the entire process. From the moment they departed the facility to the conclusion of the appointment, both George and Analyn were attentive to my mother's cognitive needs, ensuring she felt comfortable and supported. George handled the transportation with remarkable care and skill, creating a smooth and stress-free experience. Analyn, on the other hand, was incredibly patient and nurturing, providing Mary with the reassurance and assistance she needed. Their teamwork and dedication were evident in every interaction. It was clear that they genuinely cared for my mother's well-being, treating her with the dignity and respect she deserves. These qualities are a testament to their deep commitment to the residents at Pacifica Senior Living. I am deeply grateful for the peace of mind they gave me that day, knowing my mother was in such capable hands. George and Analyn exemplify the highest standards of care and service, and I feel fortunate that my mother is in the care of such exceptional individuals. Their kindness and professionalism have made a lasting impression on me and my family.

Normally I wouldn’t leave a review for a former place of employment, however this community truly deserves it! I am the former director of Marketing and sales. I transferred to a different location in Arizona but stayed with the company as it is such an amazing place to work! Mission Villa is one of the BEST specialized memory care communities I have ever seen. To start off, George is the best activity directors. The way he engages with the residents, encourages them to participate, and tries his best for them every single day is truly incredible. To back that up, the activities director John couldn’t be better. With 12+ years of caregiving experience within the same community, he truly know what the residents want/need and it shows! Mary Ann is the resident services director. The amount of compassion she has with each and every individual family and their certain circumstances is incredible! The families really do love her and know that they can count on her for specifics in residents care plans. Jacob is the new Director of sales. He is one of the most honest sales people I have ever met. He engages with the residents on a daily basis and even helps assist with communication with families after moving in. His dedication and honesty to the residents and families goes appreciated every day! Shayan is the Executive Director. His availability to work with families 24/7 and always try to come up with a solution is amazing. While no community is perfect, when questions/concerns are brought to his attention he truly does do his best to come up with a solution for the family! If you’re reading this I’m assuming you’re looking for a community for your loved one. I would highly recommend calling the community, speaking to Jacob to setup a tour, and meet the whole team of directors, staff, and residents!
