From the moment you step into the clinic, Hayfa, the receptionist, welcomes you with warmth, professionalism, and a kind smile. She’s always helpful, organized, and goes out of her way to make sure everything runs smoothly from scheduling to check-in. Dr. Venus is truly exceptional. She is not only warm and compassionate, but also highly professional and incredibly knowledgeable. To put it simply this is a healthcare team that goes above and beyond. I actually travel all the way from London, Ontario just to see Dr. Venus, because she is that amazing. When you find a doctor this dedicated, knowledgeable, and compassionate, distance doesn’t matter. I wholeheartedly recommend Dr. Venus, Hayfa, and Nurse Joni they are an extraordinary team and a true gift in healthcare.

If you want to waste your time and be treated with disrespect, go to this clinic. The receptionist acts like she’s the First Lady and treats patients as if they’re her servants. She hangs up the phone on you just because you disagreed with her about the appointment time, and then refuses to answer your calls — completely ignoring the fact that you’re a patient in urgent need of speaking to the doctor. Not to mention the negligence when it comes to test results — in this clinic, it takes over a month just to follow up on an ultrasound or blood test. I will escalate this matter and file a complaint with the Ministry of Health.
