I can’t say enough great things about my experience at CBI Health! From start to finish, the care and professionalism have been exceptional. I want to give a special shout-out to three incredible team members who made my recovery journey not only effective but also genuinely enjoyable. Aaron, the physiotherapist, is absolutely outstanding. His knowledge, attention to detail, and personalized approach to treatment made a huge difference in my progress. He took the time to explain everything thoroughly and made sure I was comfortable and confident every step of the way. John, the kinesiologist, was equally fantastic. His sessions were engaging and tailored perfectly to my needs and goals. He brings a great energy to every appointment and really helped me build both strength and confidence in my recovery. Zach, the occupational therapist, also deserves huge praise. He was incredibly insightful and supportive, helping me make meaningful adjustments that improved my day-to-day life. His calm, compassionate approach made a big impact. The teamwork and coordination among the staff at CBI Health are second to none. I felt truly cared for and supported throughout my time there. Many thanks to CBI Health (Mississauga location) and their courteous and professional staff. Michelle at the front desk was very accommodating with the last minute appointment changes and cancellations. The office is well run and very organized. Appointments are always on time. Special thanks to Aaron (my physiotherapist) for establishing an exercise/stretching program that resulted in a “textbook recovery” for a broken ankle. He was friendly and extremely knowledgeable and patiently took the time to answer any questions I had or address any concerns. An overall pleasant experience during a difficult time. ~Lisa A
