I had a great experience with Refined Home Services when my toilet got blocked last week. I was in a bit of a panic, but from the moment I called them, I felt reassured. The lady who answered the phone (Amanda, I think) was super friendly and managed to schedule an appointment for me the same day. The plumber, Keanu, arrived right on time and was very professional. He took a look at the toilet and quickly figured out what was wrong. He explained everything to me in a way that was easy to understand and got straight to work. Keanu was efficient and had the toilet unblocked in no time. He even cleaned up the area afterward, which I really appreciated. What stood out the most was how polite and respectful he was throughout the entire process. The whole experience was hassle-free, and the price was very reasonable. I’m so glad I called Refined Home Services. They really saved the day! I would highly recommend them to anyone needing a reliable and friendly plumber.
